What Rights Has My Son

2012-01-22 15:04:17

I am not married but I have a son with my Thai girlfriend. He has two passports, a Thai and a Dutch passport.

Has he now all the rights of a Thai person who's father and mother are both Thai, yes or no?

Someone told me that he has to go to the army but is not allowed to vote.

Thanks for your help.

Thai Logic - Greek Logic - Bank Logic - Think About It!

2011-10-28 10:36:20

Just had a fight with my girlfriend about - yes money

Her brother want to borrow TB 20.000 so he can buy a motorbike, he promissed he will pay it back.

I asked my girlfriend why he did not save money FIRST so he had enough money to buy a motorbike.

Her answer was that he could not save money as he is poor.

My question then was "If he can not save money, how can he pay back the money?"

No answer, she walked away...

So to make a long story short, I will buy him a motorbike and GIVE it to him

The world economy is the same, spend money that you don't have but banks will borrow you money so you can spend it.

Banks are the problem in this world, you can't borrow money to people if they can't pay it back....

Car Insurance

Bought my Toyota Prerunner in July 2006 for TB 733,000 / market value today according to my quotation = TB 380,000

I use The Viriyah Insurrance and went to their office at Sukhumvit / Pattaya

Have now 50% discount and have to pay TB12,292.12 for all risk or TB12,937.33 for all risk + compulsory Insurance

If I do "Fix driver (myself)" I can lower it from TB 12,292 =>> TB10,658

Questions:

I noticed on the quotation "Repair Store", any idea what this means (Toyota repair <> any shop)?

What else can I do to lower the price?

Is 50% discount the maximum you can get?

Does it make sence that I still want to use all risk?

Thanks for any reply

Cheers,
