Non Imm O In Kl

Just did my Non-imm O (married) visa in KL last week.
Had no problems at all, but don't think this is a visa mill.
A Dutch man applied for a multi entry and was only given a single.
A man from Sierra Leonne was refused a visa due to his financials having a problem.

My financials were a printed statement from Bangkok Bank for the last 90 days. It was the only documents to receive any type of scrutiny. I had monthly deposits over 40k, and a 100k deposit only 3 days prior. This seemed to satisfy the lady.

KL will continue to be the spot for my visa runs.

I know there used to be a pet forum, but I'm using the TV app on my iPad and can't find it, so excuse me. Mods can move it.
Does anyone know a ballpark figure on an African Grey at the JJ market?
I haven't been to the market in over two years and have no idea the price range.

Thai Address Format

I understand the convention. Name, house #, soi, moo baan...Thailand.
What I'm unaware of is when written in English; does the tambon,amphoe,province, zip code, and county all go on the same line?
Does a comma separate the zip code from the country?

I currently use this format.

111/111 my estate
Ko Khwang, Amphoe Mueng
Chanthaburi, 22000, Thailand

My mail gets delivered without a problem, but am wondering if it is correct English.

Non-Imm "O". When Do I Need To Renew?

Here is the specifics.
Non-imm O, multi, issued Jan 11.
My last use was stamping into the kingdom on 30 Dec 11, and stamped out on 19 Jan 12.
My visa was not stamped "used".
I will return to the Kingdom on 6 Mar 12. Duration unknown.

I "think" my visa expires 90 days from my last stamp in on the 30th of Dec. if that's the case then I'm due a visa run on 28Mar.
However my entry stamp for a US citizen gives me 30 days from the 6th. So I'm looking at a visa run before the 5th of Apr in this scenario.

I would like someone to advise me. When do I need to do my visa run?
