Nearly Attacked By Local Dogs 2 Times, What Can I Do?

I was riding my bike to the local market, about five minutes away from my home, down along road that goes directly there. There is a house along this road where they keep three dogs. These dogs are hardly ever chained up, and the fence that borders the house is so low that it is easy for them to jump over and chase people.

At least one of these dogs has jumped out and leaped at me before when I have been riding past, which was very scary, I thought i was going to get bitten. It also happened again today, and it chased me (I was on my bike) all the way to the market before giving up, and many other people saw this also.

What should I do about this? the owners seemingly don't want to know, even when I tried to talk to them about it. Should I talk to the police about it?, what can I do?

later on we brought them to sell in the fresh market in Udon Thani only 20 baht ! its called Hor Mok in thai language very delicious dish! and smell real good when its in banana leave (krathong) thai style u know its very rare now cause many people also put it in the cup instead.

Very unusual for him u know he used to eat a lot he is 12 year old rottweiler around 50 kg, I was wondering yesterday he was very quiet but he ate his food, today i gave him dog food but he refused to eat...later on i bought him ham sandwich he ate it all and in the evening i fed him chicken liver+rice+dog food of course he enjoyed eating so much eventho he looked a bit weak...walked slowly, somebody told me to check his nose if its wet then he should be ok nothing serious...sigh any idea guy? it never happened before u know he was a healthy dog.

I'm planing to go travel up north of Thailand with my family and friends in the middle of the year and the hi-light is CM i've been to CM like 30 times already but still love it and never get bored of going there, my last visited 2006 to see the world flora fair wondering what that place is like now do they still open for us to go see? we dropped by to Sankampaeng Hot Spring woah it was lovely hey but i went there with the tour so couldnt stay longer over there we spent like an hour...sigh how about strawberry farm? there are many farms but ive never been to any lol which is nice? well thats ok for now the rest i got the idea wot they're like
