They claim it's not, it's supposed to be just a small in house club /bar for some luxury homes that are supposed to be built.
Obviously one big scam, have signs advertising the venue everywhere as it's old entity. From what I hear someone done the runner after pulling the wool over some investors eyes & evading some legal action concerning prohibited products.
So supposedly now a night club & bye bye to all those million dollar homes that were allegedly fully paid for.

Started again this week. Not on this time, I hope they are prepared for some heavy legal action. No building permit for club ( out of zone ) permit was for residential building, no liquor licence, no music licence & no one million dollar homes.
