you're right !


more than that, a large portion of population (if not majority) can't afford neither to purchase a decent PC, nor to pay monthly for high speed internet. and even if (hypothetically) someone would have provided them with that as a gift or charity, many people simply won't be able to afford to spend so much time on browsing internet, read news (even Thai) and participate in various discussion boards and social networks (FB, twitter, etc)

thus, foreign media and even Thai media has very little or non impact on them. only TV to some extent.
