Hi, i'm buying a Fortuna and considering getting sat nav. I am aware that the standard equipment toyota use can be changed to english but does it also automatically update road changes? secondly can anyone give me a rough estimate of how much it costs?

Are Poor Decisions Spoiling The Game

A much debated subject i know. However in the light of so many aweful decisions littered over the season surely the viewing public deserve to see a fair and honest result. The whole concept of a referee being asked to make the call everytime in real time is ridiculous. They are not to blame and i feel they actually do a very good job under the circumstances. But, the game now is too fast.

Not using technogy readily available is damaging the credibility of the game.

Theres Another Family Mart

I bring you joyous news!!

Theres a new one just opened up on the corner of the airport road opposite the fragrent smelling market. It will cut down the journey to the other nearest Family Mart to about two and half minutes walk or a ten second wheely.

For those of you living past the Big Buddha, i'm afraid you still only have the 7/11 with the Family Mart next door at your disposal and i would presume its still going to be a journey of atleast 30 seconds in the car.

Poor Blood Circulation

Any tips to improve blood circulation. Obviously exercise i know but how about dietry improvements. I'm currently getting quite poor circulation to my feet in particular and have just had a nasty episode with gout. I'm also wondering if its all linked.

Safety Helmets

Have people noticed the amount of helmet checks that are taking place now almost on a daily basis?

Perhaps this is finally going to be enforced. Other than that its going to be very expensive for those that will not wear one.
