Discipline about uniforms is a good idea. It makes them look more professional, and may get them to take a bit of pride in themselves. One of many steps needed.
As for traffic, my suggestions would be;
A congestion tax on private motor vehicles
Stop the police roadblocks for 'who-knows-what',stopping traffic that is 'on-the-move' as it should be. Police should not wave on, but should '0n-the-spot' fine cars/taxis stopped sitting in the left hand lane against the curb and obviously not going anywhere.
I agree with the comments about road-worthiness and seat belts. EG., An annual road-worthiness inspection for cars over 3 years old.

It sounds like they will never catch up to demand, even with the self-serve gates for Thais. Maybe they could re-assess the need for the Inwards Fast Track immigration channels. The last time I went down Fast Track there were 2 Immigration Officers there with no customers. They were dozing off! Meanwhile an Air China flight had just also landed, and there were thousands of people at the normal immigration channels. Fast Track is nice when you can get it, but it is not a fair and balanced use of resources.

Patcharida Keeratinoppadol from Nakorn Ratchasrima Province! She would have written a letter but it would have taken 6 pages just for her name and address! Probably not a spur of the moment strip - been in training for a while nah? Will be getting gigs representing shops for Lingerie for the more rounded ladies. She has my vote. Show me the tapioca!

The timing sounds to me like it might be related to the allegation that the US was involved in the assassination of an Iranian nuclear scientist. All I can say is thank God for America, because only HE knows what it would be like in this world without their sacrifices.

Hi-so s in Thailand have absolutely no humility. The way that that they treat other people makes me sick! I have seen them verbally abuse very very decent Thai people for things that were insignificant. I have also seen them pick over their food etc and send meals back when, I would suggest, there was nothing wrong with their meals. It is like they have to 'prove' their Hi-so-ness! I have even seen them in other Asian countries carrying on with their airs and graces. ( 'Airs and graces' = False ways of behaving that are intended to make other people feel that you are important and belong to a high social class). Sickening!
