Sorry if this is off topic but I need to get a Visa from the Consular section and with TET imminent was wondering if anyone knew when and for how long the embassy (indeed the country) would be closed this year? every number listed on the embassy website has an American voice saying the phone can't be answered, please call back. Ironic.

First Class Fast Track

I was given a first class fast track coupon after arriving last June but the lines queue was so small I used the ordinary immigration booths.

Can I use this voucher when I arrive in December? The flight and date box has been filled in for last June's flight. Any ideas?

Need fully furnished (bed, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave), digital safe, wifi, cable TV for sure.

Balcony, CLEAN mattress, bedding & crockery, fan/ aircon secure storage for when I go home would be nice.

Having been away for a couple of days I just got back to the townhouse where I live to find the shutters down.

According to the taxi drivers opposite she's done a runner. They think it's a great hoot.

They seem to have known about it for weeks but of course I'm only a farang so don't warrant being being involved.

So, after 5 years and having six month's rent credit down the drain I'm left with a key.

My room is full of my clothes, TV, fridge, laptop, bed, blah, blah, blah.

Should I go to Soi 9 and watch the smiles there? What's the point? Thank you Thailand for screwing me yet again.

Thank f*** I've got my bankbook and passport with me.
