High Class Thai Restaurant, Pattaya

Can any one recommend a high class Thai restaurant in Pattaya or Jomtien please, not the sugar Hut as when we were last there a couple of years ago was very disappointed as it had really gone down hill, Pic kitchen was ok as food alright but couldent stand the noise of the Jazz band.

Just wondering what the Sugar Hut is like nowadays, went there quite a few years ago when we first started visiting Pattaya and really liked it, the food was very good and loved the setting, went back a couple of years later and was so disappointed as to how it had gone down hill and as we took friends with us and had raved about the place it was a bit embarrassing for us, so can some of you enlighten me as to how it is now please.

Art Gallery Walking Street

There is a art gallery on walking street not far in and i think its called something like k c gallery its not far down walking street and opposite an ice cream parlour, there used to be a artist sitting just inside painting and was extremley good at doing horses, he was oldish but not ancient, unfortunatley when we were there this month we took a photo for him to paint and was so disapointed to learn that he had left, one of there other artists done one for us and it was ok but not as good as the other would have done, i know its a slim chance but does any one know where he has gone to work.

Has any body been to the new bar/restaurant called Breezeo at the Royal cliff yet?  we are due to come out and stay there as we normally do in november and was wondering what we've got to look forward to.
