To try and partially correct your problem, you could try a light brushing of the surface with sand. This will partially fill the holes. A few days later, you could repeat the process. Eventually, when you are satisfied with the filling results, you could try a weak mix of cement and water. Depending on your earlier results , you may decide to add some more sand to the mix. Make sure the surface is moist before appling the mix, by brushing again. It will not look perfect, but will look much better, than it does now.

Some questions as follows;
1 --- Why does a civililian government, have a minister for religious affairs ??
2 --- How does banning a Lady Gaga concert, fit in with the claim of most tolerant society in the world ??
3 --- Is Sharia law part of this equation, in any way ??

1 One of Indonesia's founding principles was pancasila and the state officially recognises 5 religions. Public holidays are held on each of these 5 faiths important festivals and dates. In a country that is overwhelmingly Islamic I guess this cannot be too easy and I bet this minister is fairly busy.
2 Not sure and I didn't think this was a good idea. However western popstars do have a habit of not helping themselves in this area: witness Gaga's recent crass, stereotypical comments on Thailand and Beibers disparaging comments on Indonesia earlier this month.
3 Only the Northern tip of Sumatra (Aceh) practises Sharia Law as far as I know and this was a key demand of that regions move toward a degree of autonomy. Certainly in the rest of Indonesia, it's hard to believe that this type of harsh religious law will become established: it really is such a relaxed and friendly country.
Thank you for your reply to the various questions. Okay, forgetting about Lady Gaga and Sharia law, is it nornal for other Muslim countries to have ministers for religious affairs. Which other countries please ---- seems such a weird idea.
If it works, maybe it could be a novel approach, for other countries to follow.

Traditionally, next year's host, is the country that provides this year's winner, unless they've changed the tradition.
Anyway, it's supposed to be a fun thing, and not to be taken too seriously.

A friend of mine went there recently, and he wasn't too impressed. Langawi has a reputation as a duty free location, but prices are much cheaper in Cambodia. After this you are dealing with another island, of which there are many in this region. It was on my list of places to go, in the future, so this thread is quite informative.
