Have a ISUZU  D Max pick up in need of new tyres can anyone tell me what is a decent price ( realistic ) and brand I should look for. I have been quotede 3700 per tyre for Michelin which seems a bit excessive. thanks in advance

Just had a ten day trip to Saigon with an early flight from Bkk, drove to airport from Hua Hin and checked in at the Regent hotel located Soi 22 Lat Krabang road ten minutes from airport which was great value at 1000 baht, meaning to drive to airport in the morning and park up in long term, The hotel staff informed me I could leave my cas in the covered underground car park of the hotel free of charge and simply collect it on my return, which I did, Suspect this is a well kept secret as I only found out about it by accident.

Police Checking Up

Hi guys I asked this question once before and now again. I live in Dusit house land 7 hua hin and six months ago the police visited all houses in the area rented by farangs asking to see passport and take a photo of inhabitants they claimed it was so they could idetify us if ever we had a problem, being highly suspicious of the local BIB I doubted this very much, nobody could come up with an answer why they did this. Today they are making their rounds again passport and photo. I suspect it maybe tied in with imigration see if the farangs live where they claim to or maybe for tax reasons from the owners of the propeerties what I do not believe is the BIB want to help us anyone any ideas.?

Usa Social Security

Hi Guys for all you retired USA citrizens on social security did your December check arrive on time, mine is usually in my account on the third of every month but not this month on the sixth no sign of it yet, could it be thanks giving that slowed things up, also if it does not show up who to contact, The pamphlets I have been reading seem to suggest contact USA embassy in case of problems but I find this hard to believe, all the phone numbers are 1 800 so no good here and also have checked on line but can find no advice on this, any help appreciated.
