Phuket is vastly overated.

Just up the road, past Khao Lak, is the hedonistic town of Takuapa. Man, the fleshpots and girls in that place are something to behold - you should really move there.

At the Central junction this morning, the water was flowing downhill like a river. Cars were really jammed up driving north, fighting against the flow of rainwater.

Couldn't help but try to envisage how the proposed underpass would fare with that water.!

When feeling a bit bored, I have to admit to occasionally surfing around some of the online dating sites for Phuket. There are indeed some hot chicks on these sites, and if I were younger, with different circumstances, I'd be tempted to give this method a whirl.

One time, I actually found a girl on one site that I know! She works in a proper job, with a decent salary, and is looking for a western guy. What struck me, was that she was very truthful with her description, with no lies / exaggerations at all. Although, I'm sure, many of these girls tell a few fibs, I found her honesty on such a site very refreshing.
