Check with the organization to which you will be submitting the documents. What exactly do they want ?
  - your affirmation that the documents are genuine ?
  - certification from whoever issued the documents that they are genuine ?

Is this for the NZ Embassy ? If the requirement is for the first of the above, might they do it in their premises ?  If the requirement is for the latter, ask the issuer to do it. A signature and company seal over a statement typed on the documents might be enough.

Thong Pha Phum is west of Kanchanaburi. You have to go to Kanchanaburi, then board a red, westbound bus at the bus station there, or on the side of the road anywhere on the highway going north, and then west, out of town. I have been to the town, but not to the National Park.

I stand to be corrected on this, as I am depending on my hazy memory, going back a decade or so. I believe there are fees for books and uniforms, perhaps totalling B 2000/semester, or per year, I am not sure which.
