Drop me your email, i'll send you my spreadsheet with creep feed - finisher including my computed prices. Note that i am in the process of switching over from compund feed to self-mixed. I have a pilot project running just now with 1 x Vantage Ultra FC Boar and 2 x AC1 Gilts from ACMC.
I tried to install your software but cannot due to restrictions in effect on my company laptop. By all means run a more detailed quantitative analysis and let me know what you think. I doubt i will be perfect. I am still working on gestation/lactation feed.

Jompa, 12.6 Baht.kg for TVO Soy Meal is good. Im using King Soy from Meridien Feed Co. but this is 17 baht/kg. Im getting good corn meal from 8 baht/kg. Where a re u buying the TVO Soy Meal ? I have seen it advertised in magazines but have never noticed it at any of my local feed suppliers, where is their feed mill do you know ?

8 Bath for Corn meal, thats very cheap. Can you provide me with contact information. We use to buy from Pak Chong but the price is more than 10 Bath now so it is cheaper to mix with broken rice instead.

No problem will send you the contact number. Will have to be tonight though, got a few things to do this afternoon. Originally i wanted to buy the brand names King Soy and King Corn from Meridien Co in Bangkok. Award winning products i discovered in one of the Thai farming magazines. The Meridien office in Bangkok quoted me 17.60 baht/kg for King Soy and 10.30 baht/kg for King Corn. I did not want to drive in/to Bangkok so asked if they had a distributor. They told me i can buy from a depot in Chonburi. When we got to the depot in Chonburi they gave me the King Soy from Meridien for 17 baht/kg. They did not have the King Corn, but had Corn Meal from another source. Actually i think it comes from the same source. THe depot give me the corn meal for 8 baht/kg, i believe it to be high quality
I will get you the phone number and tell u exactly where the depot is later. You can collect the King Corn product in Bangkok but this is 10.30 baht/kg as opposed to 8 baht/kg in Chonburi. Meridien wont deliver to me in Surin unless i buy 17 tons.
So i am going to omitt rice bran from my formula completely. Now i will use the Corn Meal and TVO Soy Meal instead of King Soy. TVO Soy Meal is 45% for 12.60 as you point out, King Soy is 17.60 for 38-39% Protein.
My premixes additives also Include: Marina T200 Premium Grade Fishmeal 58% Protein, Serolat 35/25 Premium Grade Milk Replacer 35% Protein, Biopro-480 fermented soy meal with low antigenic factor so can use with young piglets and creep feed, Porzyme tp100hp - enzyme product for use with feeds based on corn/soy/rice bran/broken rice to increase digestive efficiency and reduce diarrhoea, Agmix Optima NRC - all vitamins & minerals to NRC standards, Euroact - enterotoxin/mycotoxin binder, antiviral and antimicrobial additive. Can send you further info if you wish, if you want you can have my formulation. Makes a saving over compound feed and i could adjust more for lower cost, but im starting off with the higher performance mix.
