Cable Internet?

I am in a somewhat remote area of Buri Ram and see that a new cable tv wire has been run between the villages.

Does anybody know what is available from cable as far as internet is concerned? It's not as if the local folk here even know what internet is unless from their children going to univ. and they still don't

Any ideas for this farang would be very helpful

Selling Condo Metro Park, Please Advise.

My wife purchased condo before we married (4 years) but now we would like to sell. Can anyone explain the complete process to us? I have read threads that don't clearly explain from start to finish this process. Also, tax and other fees etc.
How long does the entire transaction take?
We have a mortgage through Krung Thai.
