  1. NO MORE 3rd PARTY APPS on AIS PLAYBOX! :o{

I too received the sms from AIS in Thai, maybe you can forward the sms to them and give them a rant from all of us. “เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งาน กล่องAIS PLAYBOXจะไม่รองรับการติดตั้งแอปจากภายนอกลงบนกล่อง ตั้งแต่ 20 พ.ย.60 เป็นต้นไป”
  2. 3bb vs ais fiber vs true online ( fttx)

your speeds are really good, i used to get similar results when on their 49 series IP However now i am getting very low results on my 200/50 package internationally. This test was on Lan.
  3. 3bb vs ais fiber vs true online ( fttx)

Ais fibre has seriously started to go downhill since they have switched from 49 ip series to 184 series, i cant reach many websites plus my Speeds to international servers have plunged to single digit Mbs including Singapore servers. last night i was downloading Iphone's software update from itunes on my mac connected using Lan cable which uses apple servers, usually i always get full speed, but last night at 1 am which is not peak time it took me 1 hour for a 3 GB file. I am on their 200Mb/50 package.
  4. 3bb vs ais fiber vs true online ( fttx)

I just got changed to the 184 series too and i am also getting 10 MB more upload speed than my package.
  5. AIS Fibre and torrents

I had the same problem with my Ais fibre, connecting to peers and dht login. I figured out a solution, just go to your Ethernet settings click on properties and uncheck the ipv6 and click ok. It should work permanently now.
  6. AIS to show HBO channels

These are the channels going to be provided by Ais! Time to ditch Expensive Truevisions. Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect
  7. 3bb vs ais fiber vs true online ( fttx)

Tot just upgraded their fiber plans http://www.tot.co.th/fiber2u/ . Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect
  8. Cat Internet (C Internet by Cat) anyone?

I am using 50/20 package for 790 baht Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect
  9. Cat Internet (C Internet by Cat) anyone?

Canceled it and moved to basic package. Noticed no difference. Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect
  10. 3bb vs ais fiber vs true online ( fttx)

From what I have heard, at least from the call center guy that True's genuine FTTH runs on a different backbone and network than its cable(Docsis) and supposedly gives better international speed. Since my office has True cable internet, and I am still on old package as True has refused to upgrade me to their newer, faster and better price packages unless I sign another one year contract again. i still don't understand why True does not differentiate between cable and authentic Ftth in terms of marketing and simply calls both fiber. I have asked True to switch me over from Cable to fiber in my office, True said they will check my office area if fiber is available and let me know in 3-7 days. i would like to switch to Cat or Ais(like my house) in my office but sadly only True is available. I hope someone can post some speedtests using True's Real FTTH and not cable.
  11. 3bb vs ais fiber vs true online ( fttx)

True just updated its latest packages offering more speeds and better pricing. Do note True's offer includes 4G mobile data package and True vision Cable/satellite which in my opinion is hell of a deal. http://trueonline.truecorp.co.th/product-service/super-fiber/entry/5349
  12. Cat Internet (C Internet by Cat) anyone?

Having both Ais and Cat, Cat is significantly faster than Ais in terms of international speed at least in my experience. Cat also does not use pppoe dial up settings but I think uses Dhcp or something. Basically it's plug and play.
  13. The first Muslim army to run that region was an Arab army led by caliph Umar. Strangely enough the Jews did really good and flourished during the Muslim rule in 14 hundred years of history. The Jews and christians were allowed to practice their faith and allowed to use their places of worship according to the treaty. "Following the Muslim conquest of Jerusalem, Jews were once again allowed to live and practice their religion in Jerusalem, 8 years after their massacre by the Byzantines and nearly 500 years after their expulsion from Judea by the Roman Empire". 14. The concept of sovereign nations state is a modern one, the area was controlled and ran by Muslim Arabs as well as non Arab muslims throughout the 1400 years. The area was a part of various Islamic empire's territory and the muslims have lived in that area since the past 1400 years of history. Palestine is old enough that it is mentioned in the Old Testament portion of the Bible. What have ye to do with me, O Tyre, and Sidon, and all the coasts of Palestine? (Joel 3:4) The people shall hear, and be afraid; sorrow shall take hold of the inhabitants of Palestina. (Exod 15:14) Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina (Isa 14:29) Howl, O gate; cry, O city, thou whole Palestina, art dissolved. (Isa 14:31)
  15. "Muslim history in the Palestine region began in the 630s with the Early Muslim conquests. The Roman region of Palestine was conquered by the Muslim armies of the Caliphate (Islamic Empire) under CaliphUmar. Muslim presence in the region has continued to the present time for nearly 1400 years. Throughout the majority of the era Muslim rule existed in the region of Palestine, except for the Crusader Kingdom of Jerusalem (1099–1291), the British Rule (1917 - 1948), and after the 1948 Palestine War, which led to the creation of the State of Israel and Israeli sovereignty over a majority of the territories of the British Mandate for Palestine". source: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muslim_history_in_Palestine
