  1. There has been a limited number of highly publicized actions , such as land reclamation and clearing the footpaths, that have been undertaken, but hardly a change to the systemic corruption in the country. They were basically propaganda actions specifically designed to fool the gullible. Looks like they were effective...
  2. The relationship between the Super Poll and the military has been well documented. Any "polls" published by this organization should be considered military propoganda.
  3. Good enough to attack Thai citizens, the only enemy of the Thai army for the last 84 years.
  4. Elections most likely in 2019: PM Prayut

A government of shameless liars from top to bottom.
  5. 19 million is not gone, just "repurposed"
  6. liar (ˈlaɪə) n a person who has lied or lies repeatedly Collins English Dictionary – Complete and Unabridged, 12th Edition 2014 © HarperCollins Publishers 1991, 1994, 1998, 2000, 2003, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2014
  7. The junta is morally worse. It isn't democratic in nature, makes up the law, does its own intimidation and robs you blind. And, was never elected, and can never be held accountable for its transgressions.
  8. So you are saying that Switzerland, USA and Singapore are also impacted by government instabilities/coups? I must not have read the actual report. Thank you for clarifying.
  9. Physically turning in a passport is not the process in Thailand because they have exit passport controls, unlike countries like the US or Canada. Yingluck was not allowed to leave the country as part of her bail condition. This would mean that she would be flagged during the exit immigration control and would not be allowed to leave the country. She probably did not use a border crossing, so having her passport confiscated would not have made a difference.
  10. NLA chief expects election in Nov-Dec next year

These two are not going anywhere, anytime soon. Thailand will soon be following Cambodia's false democracy model...
  11. Yingluck protection team summoned

Not sure how Yingluck slipped past the crack protection team...
  12. I agree. The whole charade of setting election timeframes and then manufacturing excuses to change the roadmap is exhausting and Prayut is jealous that North Korea doesn't have to play these games.
  13. I agree. That attitude is as corrupt as the junta that he so fervently support. Sent from my SM-J710F using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app
  14. In mid june the BP reported that 92000 people had answered the questions. Since prayut has been very productive on the poetry front since that time, either he has not read all, or possibly the numbers have been slightly overstated? 15. Anti-corruption centres now taking complaints

And like in all government offices, will be happy to do their job and take your complaint, for a small "fee" of course.
