Is this genuine or fake?

www.rbnff.com

No English language button on this RayBan offer.....why not?......but they state they are RayBan, offer card payment etc.......card companies would cancel payments to them pretty quick if complaints?

Can someone better at Thai reading than me have a poke around the site and proffer an opinion please?

Looking at the close ups of the clear Wayfarers it's not possible to see if the metal hinge rod goes right down toward the ear

If they're really good repros might still be worthwhile

(1) This is a Chinese site (Guangzhou), registered less than 3 weeks ago.

(2) The contacts use free email addresses, which is not a good sign.

(3) Appears to be run by a private individual (one Liu Fuquan), rather than a registered company.

(4) The owner has registered a number of similar domains, e.g. rbnmm.com, rbnvv.com.  This seems rather odd.  There's also an rbnff.site which is over 2 years old, is registered in the UAE, and is currently offline.  (It's also not available on the Wayback Machine.)  It's possible that the new sites are simply a clone of that site, created with minimal effort simply to take your money.

Personally, I'd avoid.

Posing as "Ray Ban Official Site" (tab title).

A bad joke.

This is the official Ray Ban site for Thailand:

https://www.ray-ban.com/thailand

Looks like a clever freelance entrepreneur from beach road has found a way to the internet

Their RayBans are always 90%+ discounted.

(like my Lacoste shirt)

I learned today that RAyBan is owned by Luxotica, which owns 80% of the name brands IN THE WORLD and according to the CEO half a billion people are wearing their stuff. Imagine that.

You can imagine the price changes such a position allows.

No real Ray Bans for me.....which is a shame.....I've done a full flip over the handlebars and landed on my Raybans and it still only twisted the hinge and could still wear them.

Wouldn't be surprised if there are high quality moody ones available they used to do moody Rolexes with genuine Omega movements, maybe still do.
