Elderly Shiba Inu Leaves Owner With Parting Gift Before Passing Away in Heartbreaking Video

Recommended Posts

Michy, a 15-year-old Shiba Inu, and star of the YouTube channel Shibamichy passed away last month and gave his owner one of the warmest smiles as she recorded his last moments on video.

Michy suffered from several health complications due to his old age, including going blind at age 14 and internal bleeding from thrombocytopenia, a condition where the blood platelets fall below the normal count, according to Good Times.

The condition made the poor dog bleed profusely from his nose.

Michy’s doctors said there was a procedure that could have easily made him well again, but it was not a viable option for the aging pooch.

Michy was already suffering too much, so his owner ultimately decided to put him to sleep.

But before his passing away, the loyal dog left his owner with a really warm smile.

Unfortunately, the inevitable came and Michy took his final breath.

Bon voyage, Michi.  Reminds me of my Ken-Chan who has also passed away.  Shiba Inu is a lovable breed.

Had one of these dogs years ago. The best dog I ever had. If I ever get another dog this is the one I would get.
