Seems like a race to see which hurricane causes the most damage.

 

The thing about the internet is, nobody can remember anything past yesterday. The truth is, this stuff happens somewhere in the US EVERY year. and has forever. While the US has a generally temperate environment, being bordered by three major bodies of water and a cold neighbor to the North insures there will always be occasional, extreme weather phenomena.

Nothing like Hurricane Michael has happened in the US since Hurricane Andrew in 1992.
