Missing Malaysia Airlines jet carrying 239 triggers Southeast Asia search

With a compliant pilot, would it be possible to force it to fly below radar and land in order to kidnap some of the passengers.

Reportedly radar coverage there is quite spotty. If its not in the sea, it must be somewhere else and I don't see half the worlds most advanced spotter ships, helicopters and subs not being able to find this plane.

So they must be looking in the wrong place or the plane isn't there. Could it have decompressed and flown elsewhere?,,radar would see it.

So, could it be flown out from this place below radar over the sea for a long distance?

IF it was Hypoxia alone, would not MH370 have flown it's pre programmed route to point of decent or until challenged and shot down as a danger to life on the ground?

Not if they disconnected the autopilot and attempted to fly the aircraft before passing out.

Nothing can be eliminated or confirmed until they get the FDR and CVR, unless they turn up wreckage that points to a specific event.

MISSING MH 370
Help from Shaman must be in line with Islam

The Malaysian government welcomes any help to trace missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 including from "bomohs" (shamans) so long as their methods do not contravene Islam, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom.

"We appreciate all help...but where it comes to mysticism, the methods used must conform to Islamic teachings," he told reporters after attending the 35th National-level Quran Recital Programme here on Monday.

The programme was opened by Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, Bernama news agency reported.

Jamil Khir was commenting on the case of Ibrahim Mat Zin, a well known local bomoh, who came to the KL International Airport on Monday, claiming to be invited by one of the country’s top leaders, to help locate the missing plane using spiritual methods.

Ibrahim after performing a prayer at KLIA’s entrance said he thought the plane was still in the air or had crashed into the sea.

MAS Flight MH370, carrying 227 passengers, including two infants, and 12 crew, went missing en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing about an hour after taking off from the KL International Airport at 12.41am Saturday. It should have landed in Beijing at 6.30am but is still missing without any trace till now.

GK in the absence of wreckage or debris EVERYTHING points to a hijacking IMO

Yes. but the only reason for the absence of wreckage or debris is that they haven't found it yet. Plenty of examples where it's taken weeks before even floating debris is found.

Have some patience before you let your little mind run riot.

The airfrance brazil crash had a search area of 320,000 square kilometres of ocean and they found debris in one day, bodies in five days. This search area has just been increased from 50 nautical miles from its last known position to 100 nautical miles. Aircraft ditched in sea intact and sank.

Oh no! "You can use your weird randomness as long as it conforms to our weird randomness".

Hint to Malaysian government officials.....TRY LOOKING HARDER FOR THE PLANE

It gets worst though. "Its in the air or in the sea". With 70% of the Earth covered in water that is, in basic, hedging your bets. I, for one, want it to appear on land now!

When do the clowns come on?

That's weird. I was just looking at that and noticed SIN800 from SIN-PEK turned back, went read, turned into a circle with a question mark and then disappeared off the screen.

Is it a mislabelled recording or something?

Anyway the oxygen masks would have deployed giving the pilot time to descend to a safe level. 10 minutes air IIRC

JUST IN: Hong Kong Civil Aviation Dept to CNN: pilots spotted "large solid debris" in Sth China Sea. No proof it's from missing jetliner.

All seems to point to a very cleverly planned hijack with at least one government responsible or in the know

Right. What could possibly be gained by a government hijacking a Malaysian civilian airliner? Malaysia is a muslim nation, so not likely to be Islamic affiliated hijackers. The Chinese don't do things like this. They never have. Malaysia is looked on favourably in the middle east and region, so it is doubtful any of those nations would have done this. Even the North Koreans would not target a Malaysian airplane. Nothing whatsoever points to a hijacking. Nothing,

Except that certain persons would have believed it was a Chinese aircraft with a China Southern flight number.

I haven't ruled out hijacking - with or without crew collusion.

Another forum's poster:

"From the comments so far it seems that there would be some sort of transponder signal even if the plane was disintegrated. If this is the case hijack was a real possibility. Where can the plane land without detection?

I am thinking if someone's up to no good then they would make sure they pick the best pilot out there who can expertly manoeuvre the plane to where ever they want to go."

Do many 777 captains spend their off-duty time at a sophisticated flight 777 simulator with 3 widescreen panoramic monitors at home? (published on Facebook)

Live on CNN

19 year old Iranian traveling on one of the stolen passport, arrived on 28th of Feb into Malaysia, stamped in ( not likely terrorists , trying to migrate to Germany)

????

1. If it was highjacked, where did it land an why no demands

2. sabotage; then there looking in the wrong place

3. Personal problems between crew and or passengers??

4. Psychological problems ( gives the scenario that one of the passengers brought a huge insurance policy an

and more side stepping and evasive answers.
