Roads have been dry for a couple of months and this rain would have lifted all the much and oil off the road. It's very slippery and not surprised to see many accidents in a short distance. I saw something like this a few years ago. About 6 accidents in a space of a km. Look for the soapy appearance on the road after rains. Avoid it.

Come on!!!  Every driver knows that oil/rubber scum on wet roads after a dry spell means traction problems requiring gentle braking and increased stopping distances.  Oh, Silly me!!!  I forgot this is stupid, selfish, dangerous-passing, ME-FIRST Thai drivers we are talking about...........!   Watched them passing dangerously on corners in the wet today (Saturday)  More rain today where I live!!!

You live in a tropical region. Rain is common. Learn to drive according to conditions i.e. use the brain, and there should be less accidents.

But people could have more brain to drive with more attention and smoothly on accelerator and brakes. It's well known that first rain brings up grease and oil from asphalt and should apply different driving Instead of usual crazy attitude
